We went on a Saturday at about 11.45. The queues weren't too bad considering it was a Saturday. Security was polite and friendly. It was well worth the wait! The views were spectacular! 360° panorami…Full review by carolyn b
Where can I book the ticket? On the website it says that you don't have to unless you're in a group of 12 of more.

You don't have to book a ticket (unless you're in a group of a certain amount of people, as the website states). I was alone and just got in the queue when I arrived :)
