According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the SpaceX Starlink 12-9 mission is set to liftoff during a window which extends from 1:50 p.m. to 6:21 p.m. EST Friday. Liftoff will be from Cape Canaveral's Space Launch Complex 40.

A National Weather Service dense fog advisory was in effect during the 5:15 a.m. EST liftoff for northern Brevard County and coastal Volusia County.

Tuesday's second SpaceX rocket lifted off at 6:13 p.m. from NASA's Kennedy Space Center, then deployed two Maxar Space Systems-built satellites.
