This easy one-pan skillet corn lasagna features tender noodles that cook right in a creamy corn sauce — no boiling required.
The cheese really becomes one with the sauce, which didn’t give me that cheese-pull quality I go to lasagna for, and if I’m nitpicking, the sauce is on the thin side for what I want in lasagna.
To assume the lasagna, spread some of the sauce in the bottom of a 9x12-inch baking dish (we're not sure why Ina calls for a 9x12 as we're sure the more common 9x13-inch dish will also work).
