The somewhat easy to use(in terms of 3D Rendering software) Bryce 5 has been made a free download, now available at CNet's download.com.As reported on Digg.com, the download window ends September 6th.

Bryce 7 Pro also offers new light types, including Distant, Parallel, Cluster, Dome and a series of 3D fill lights. Additional controls for True Ambience and shadows have also been added.
