Like last year’s model, the new HP Chromebook 11 G2 features a Samsung Exynos 5250 dual-core ARM Cortex-A15 CPU, an 11.6 inch, 1366 x 768 pixel display, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of storage.

It appears so, as two more have already been announced, one of which being Google’s HP Chromebook 11. We had an opportunity to examine the Chrome OS laptop and see whether it was really worth payin.

And now we have HP’s Chromebook 11, a laptop that attempts to add some industrial design finesse to the low end of the Chromebook space. Not new, but better designed.

The HP Chromebook x2 11 is expected to be available at the beginning of August at Best Buy for a starting price of $599. It is expected to be available on HP.com in October.

The HP Chromebook x2 11 is constructed from a single CNC-machined block of aluminum, and as such, it was as solid as any other tablet I’ve handled.
