SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — The search is on for the suspect who crashed into a La Bou restaurant in Sacramento on Del Rio Road. Police told CBS13 it happened at early Saturday morning.

La Bou Bakery & Cafe has closed its location in the El Dorado Hills Town Center, citing "exorbitant" lease rates.

On Tuesday, La Bou’s owners and Pacific Southwest Building owner Sevak Khatchadourian shared details. The bakery is a second location. The original La Bou in Fig Garden isn’t going anywhere.

Country Club Plaza’s website lists 23 businesses, not counting La Bou. The most recent closure comes just a couple months after the center lost Hallmark and Claire’s.
