Limu moui is one of several brown algae native to the South Pacific. Like other sea plants in its class, limu moui contains vitamins, minerals, fiber and complex carbohydrates called polysaccharides.

What it is: Limu is the Hawaiian word for seaweed; LIMU Original is the brand name of a blend of seaweed (limu moui), fruit purees and fruit juice concentrates.
