Buc-ee's filed another trademark lawsuit against a company with Kansas City area ties, this time going after a Gladstone-based dog trainer with a retail shop called Barc-ee's.

The new lawsuit follows another filed in November against a Kimberling City-based liquor store with a cartoon animal mascot.
