Rachel Napolitan, Chief of Public Affairs for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Far East District, was named Public Affairs Officer of the Year April 25, 2025.

The award recognizes individuals who demonstrate public affairs values in their work. Each recipient receives $1,500 to support research or professional development.
