RENO, Nev. (AP) — A gunman opened fire outside at a casino and resort in Reno, Nevada, shooting multiple Monday morning, police said. The conditions of the victims were not immediately known, said Reno police spokesperson Chris Johnson. The gunman was taken into custody and was being treated at a hospital, Johnson said.

Several people have been injured in a mass shooting at a resort in Reno, Nevada. A shooter opened fire at Grand Sierra Resort shortly before 7.30am on Monday, according to the Reno Police Department. Police officers spotted a suspect four to five minutes after arriving at the scene.
