In Bindle bottles, the dot is exposed, according to Consumer Reports. Testing found that the dot’s lead parts per million ranged from 90,800 to 155,000, meaning it’s 10% lead.

Test results showed that the lead content of the dot ranged from 90,800 parts per million to 155,000 parts per million. In other words, that part of the Bindle bottle is about 10 percent lead.
