Sail Boston 2026 is less than a year away, and the tall ships celebration will be extra special to celebrate America's independence.

Boston prepares for Sail Boston 2026, celebrating America's 250th anniversary with tall ships and international fleets.

The first gathering of the international tall ships in Boston Harbor took place in 1976, during the 200th anniversary of the U.S., and welcomed Queen Elizabeth along with the fleet.
