Sputtering Kansas State will try to end a three-game losing skid on Tuesday when it welcomes to Manhattan, Kan., a Texas Tech team coming off a heartbreaking loss of its own.

Texas Tech (12-4, 3-2 Big 12) left town with an important road win thanks in part to 16 points from Darrion Williams. The Wildcats will next be in action on Saturday against rival Kansas at Allen Fieldhouse.
