Former NFL star Drew Brees' pickleball company will soon open in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood. A Philadelphia sports fan, who went on a misogynistic tirade against a female Green Bay Packers fan in viral video, lost his job and won't be allowed to ever attend another Eagles home game, officials said Tuesday.

Former NFL quarterback Drew Brees will bring the pickleball to Seattle as his company, Picklr will open an indoor facility there. The facility will open at a 26,500-square-foot warehouse. The estimated cost of construction is $1 million.

Picklr, based in Utah, will take over the 26,532-square-foot space, according to plans filed by the company in early December. The facility will be at 124 N 35th St. in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood. Theo Chocolate closed the factory in 2023, according to multiple reports.
