Matthew Golden has been enjoying plenty of attention at training camp, seemingly living up to the hype that comes with being the first wide receiver selected by the team in the first round of an NFL draft in over two decades.

On Thursday, starter Jordan Love deftly moved around the pocket to avoid a pair of converging pass-rushers and zinged a ball across the middle that Golden snagged between two defenders. The play typified everything the Packers liked about him — his unique speed and quickness, his smooth route-running, his excellent hands.

It's early in training camp, but Packers rookie Matthew Golden can feel the process starting to slow down as he gets more comfortable.
