The next challenge for coach Dennis Gates’ MU squad arrives Saturday in the form of coach John Calipari’s Arkansas Razorbacks.

Arkansas’ first Junior Day in January could see more than 40 prospects arriving on Saturday, but the inclement weather could impact the number of visitors. Some of the notable prospects making plans to visit Arkansas are 2026 offensive lineman Ben Congdon, 6-6 and 280 pounds, of Mineral City, (Ohio) Tuscarawas Valley.

The game will tip off at 5 p.m. Saturday and be televised on the SEC Network. Fans can also listen on the Razorbacks Sports Network on ESPN Arkansas 99.5 in Fayetteville, 95.3 in the River Valley, 96.3 in Hot Springs and 104.3 in Harrison-Mountain Home.

Missouri is 14-3, the Hogs 11-6. The Tigers' losses are 83-75 at No. 19 Memphis, 80-77 in St. Louis to No. 18 Illinois, and 84-68 at No. 1 Auburn to open SEC action. A big win was 76-67 at home over No. 9 Kansas. Other SEC wins are at home over LSU, 83-67, and Vanderbilt, 75-66.
