Highway 108 East is still closed between Highway 59 and 2 1/2 Street Southeast. Local traffic is asked to follow the in-town detour route on Second Avenue Southeast and Fourth Street Southeast.

Plans for the two properties —which are about 30 acres and sit east of Louisiana Highway 59 and south of Strain Road — have not been finalized.
