A minibike rider is facing charges after a crash in North Kingstown Friday morning.

71-year-old Robert A. Lamothe died in a bicycle crash in North Kingstown, Rhode Island on Saturday, July 5. Lamothe was a retired special education teacher and an accomplished triathlete.
