ST. PETE BEACH, Fla. — Some St. Pete Beach residents have been waiting for months to get approval for permits to fix their homes after Hurricanes Helene and Milton.

The St. Pete City Council will be asked today to approve an additional $55K for roof demo as well as nearly $900K (preplanned cost) for pre-construction work.
