PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife is keeping watch on a Roosevelt elk with several feet of fishing rope and a buoy tangled in his antlers in Arch Cape.
On Feb. 12, the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife sedated and rescued a bull elk that was tangled in boating lines for multiple days at Arch Cape, south of Cannon Beach.
