BHS announced in the results of its 2023-2024 cohort that 49 per cent of all I/GCSE students achieved grades ranging from A* to A- or Level 9 to 7.

Grades A* and A were awarded to about 34.5% of GCSE entries in 2023. Entries for GCSE qualifications have also increased by 4.4% from 168,118 in 2023 to 175,555.
