Change is as good as a holiday, and maybe that is all receiver George Pickens needed as he swapped the Pittsburgh Steelers for the Dallas Cowboys this offseason. Now coming to a new organization with new teams, scheme, and everything in between, Pickens has had a mental reset, if you will, having been with the Steelers for three seasons.
