A bronze statue of the late comedian and Dinnerladies star Victoria Wood was toppled over after a taxi collided with the memorial in her home town of Bury, Greater Manchester, on Monday.

Fans of the late trailblazing comedian Victoria Wood were heartbroken when a car ploughed into her statue in June 2024. Now it's set to be unveiled good as new.
