The townhomes will go on the property’s east side, adjacent to the Cameron Glen townhouse community. A sidewalk with steps will connect the church with the nearby Autumn Woods community.

The side adjacent to the Tavern hasn't been condemned, but Fred Hooks lives there and said it's only a matter of time. "You see here a lot of the tile is exposed," said Hooks.
