Nick Kyrgios has hit out at Wimbledon champion Jannik Sinner over his decision to re-appoint the fitness coach he split with after last year’s positive tests for banned substance clostebol.

Yesterday, Jannik Sinner reunited with his old fitness trainer Umberta Ferrara, after the pair split at the end of last year due to Ferrara being involved with the Italian's controversial positive doping test.
