$155 million Ocean City Wonderland hotel project to have 252 rooms, Mita says
After extensive speculation about the future of the former Wonderland Pier, developer Eustace Mita brought a proposal for a 252-room hotel to be known as “Icona in Wonderland” to a meeting of the Boardwalk Merchants Association.
