With a total of 10 Oscar nominations announced on Thursday morning there’s no doubt that Wicked is popular amongst Academy voters. Amongst the throngs of accolades is Ariana Grande who scored her first Oscar nomination for playing the supporting role of Glinda.

Ariana Grande celebrated the Oscar nominations for “Wicked” with a throwback video of her performing a hit song from the musical as a child, while Cynthia Erivo and director Jon M. Chu took to social media to share their emotional reactions to the nominations.
