LeBron James has one former NBA star corroborating his recollection of an epic pickup game with Michael Jordan.

LeBron James, during an episode of the New Heights podcast with former NFL star Jason Kelce and current NFL star Travis Kelce, confirmed the longstanding rumor that, as a teenager, he did indeed play in a now-infamous pickup game in Chicago with six-time NBA champion Michael Jordan and other—at the time—NBA veterans.

It may seem unreal, but there was a time when Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James shared the court with the legendary Michael Jordan.

Photos showing James and Jordan sharing the court have surfaced on social media over the years, but video footage has never emerged.

Besides just scoring points, LeBron has been able to contribute to winning. In that game where he tied Jordan, he helped the Lakers beat the Blazers 114-106. The Lakers are currently sixth in the Western Conference standings and are looking to keep ascending.
