But not long ago, camera manufacturers decided to adopt a variety of competing formats, such as Secure Digital (SD), MultiMediaCard, xD-Picture Card, Memory Stick, and CompactFlash (CF).

Sony is looking to take a bigger piece of the removable flash memory market with its 16MB Memory Stick Duo card, a smaller version of its Memory Stick.

Insert the memory stick into an SD port on your computer or a memory card reader that's connected to the PC. Click the Windows orb and select "Computer" in the right pane of the Start menu.
