The Big Ten owns the last two college football national championships, with Michigan and Ohio State claiming titles in 2023 and 2024, respectively. But despite the Buckeyes' recent national crown, their ongoing losing streak to the Wolverines in The Game -- now at four consecutive defeats -- still looms large in the rivalry.

The Wolverines entered The Game against Ohio State sporting just a 6-5 record, but went on to shock the eventual national champions, 13-10. After losing to Michigan, Ohio State went on to win its last four games and the national title.

Moore, entering his final season with the Wolverines, has never lost to Ohio State. On Thursday at Big Ten Football Media Days, the defensive end took a shot at the Buckeyes’ title run.

Ohio State entered the College Football Playoff as the No. 8 seed but won four straight games to claim its first national title in a decade. The year prior, Michigan won the championship under the old four-team format. Moore doubled down on his stance while offering backhanded congratulations.

Michigan beat Ohio State again. Yet Ohio State won the national championship. All it's done is add another wrinkle to CFB's best rivalry.
