I slice off the top and bottom of the orange, run the knife tip around the top of the pith, and then quarter the orange. I then use my thumb to separate the peel from the juicy part.
First, slice the orange in half, then take one of those halves and flip it inside out. As you push on the back of the orange, the fruit flowers out, making it easy to pick off and eat.
