The Wolverines continued one of the best turnarounds in college basketball with a win over last year's national runner-up.

No. 20 Michigan trailed by 10 in the second half, took its first lead with 5:33 left, lost it a couple times after, and did enough in crunch time to move into first place in the Big Ten. Michigan State (10-2) was set for a 9 p.m. tip at home against Indiana.

Almost everything that could go wrong did go wrong for Michigan basketball as the Wolverines trailed by 25 at halftime en route to a rout by Purdue.
