Dec 18, 2022 · Allergy pills. I buy 365 pills (Costco-brand Zyrtec) for less than $15, regular price, at Costco, and they go even cheaper when they’re on sale. If I buy name brand at another store, it’s close to $15 for 2 weeks of pills. That’s enough to pay for my membership alone!

Most Costco stores are in MA, with 1 store in NH, and know of gas stations in the Dedham and in the Danvers locations. It's a bit of a drive to a local store but worth it when traveling near those areas. Wished Costco would adopt technology into its stores like include wifi and scanning items for purchase with your smartphone.
