The engine’s power has increased to 501 horsepower and 652 Nm (480 lb-ft) by adding a Vortech v4 supercharger and EMU ECU. The V12 is fed by a Bosch 040 fuel pump from a fuel safe tank in the trunk. Also found in the truck is the radiator.

Feb 7, 2010 · The ideal HP Vs weight motor for the E30 is the Aluminum block S52 that was used in the MZ3. All the power of the M3 but a LOT less weight. I have been milking a '92 M50 engine swap into one of my E30's for about 5 years now.

May 27, 2022 · BMW is very good about this - basically there is one bolt pattern for V engines and one for inline engines. You still need to do some work, possible for sensors, starter mounting, etc, but it’s possible.

Sep 24, 2015 · Do you know if a standard set of E30 extractors will fit one side of the V12 cylinder head? Only asking as I am fitting a M73n 5.4ltr V12 into a Ferrari P4 replica and this would simply some of the work.
