Jul 23, 2020 · Anyway, mora has its place but you need to watch and learn in my opinion. Lot of us middle aged and older folks may have started off with some rambo knives. Using one of those in the kitchen sucked. A mora is a good all purpose knife for someone to use and learn on, and at the same time it does not handicap the experienced person by much.

Nov 17, 2021 · I just picked up a couple of Mora's 511's and also a couple of their companion in carbon steel and stainless steel, just this week but I haven't had a chance to use them. For Victorinox, I have a 10 inch butcher knife and sharpening steel and a couple Swiss Army Tinker's. I need to pick up a couple of their boning and fillet knives.

Jul 23, 2018 · Folding knives I used included Emersons, Benchmades and Gerbers. Lately I am very fond of button lock folders such as the Gerber Manual Combat Folder just out of ease of use with one hand to close. I wish I had seen the Benchmade SOCP Dagger knife line before went on my last deployment.
