I am sure that I have fulfilled all the conditions. (South Slavic group, Serbian king, all king titles plus all counties). In one county I have baronies whet holy orders is present. Is that an issue?

Language is what is preserved on the map you have. The South Slavs are culturally different from the West Slavs and East Slavs (and those two are different from each other). Though it is interesting that all Slavic languages are still quite similar. They can all understand the Interslavic language, for instance.

See the thing here is, South Slavs went through roughly the same circumstances (and the Romanians aswell) throughout history. So while not everything comes from being Slavic, i definitly feel closer to (for example) a Serb than i would to a Frenchman.
